The framework and exercises I use with every client. Each tool has a worksheet you can fill in right here -- it saves in your browser.

Vi
Vision
Who do you want to become?
Aim for what's a 10/10 for you. Life is finite; time is finite.
Emotions/Vibes > Energy > Time > Money
- Ideal future self: where do you want to be in 10 years? What goals serve that vision?
- Perspective check: take a present worry: would it matter in 10 years?
- 4-minute vision: 1 min each: write your biggest goal · every why behind it · visualize achieving it, friends and family celebrating · your progress so far.
Exercises inline -- no worksheet needed.

Be
Belief
What do you need, mindset-wise, to start?
Self-belief and high expectations -- for yourself and others -- show up again and again among highly successful people. Practice under pressure, with focus and the goal in mind.
- 03
Cla
Clarity
Where do you want to go?
Most people don't lack focus or discipline; they lack clarity. Start by naming the outcome: what will you see, feel, or achieve when you get there?
- 04
M
Motivation
Why do you want to go there?
For a given outcome, ask yourself “why?” seven times, each answer going one level deeper.
- 05
P
Planning
How are you going to get there?
Planning and preparation are how you control your days. Know where your energy goes, then build your search around it.
